Course overview

Most incidents involve people's decisions and the conditions they work in. This program introduces the behavioral and management safety practices that help teams speak up, report early and learn from what happens on site – from behavior-based safety and toolbox talks to stop work authority and incident reporting.

It suits both workers and the supervisors and managers who lead them, and can be tailored to your organisation's own reporting procedures.
